Roll aluminium slitting and shearing:
SLITTING:
Tape thickness: 0.35 to 4.0mm.
Tape width: 15 to 1,520mm. Geometric accuracy: +/- 0.1mm.
Roll inner diameter: 325mm and 500mm. The outer diameter depends on the tape width and shall be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Roll weight also depends on the width of the required blanks and varies from 20 to 2,500 kg.
SHEARING:
Tape thickness: 0.4 to 4.0mm.
Tape width: 300 to 1,520mm.
Sheet length: 300 to 8,000mm Geometric accuracy: +0.25mm per meter of rolled product length.
The cut-to-length system is properly equipped and ensures sheet flatness as per GOST 21631-2019.
If necessary, a film that protects the sheet or tape's front surface from mechanical impact during installation or laser cutting is applied.
Sheets are packed onto wooden pallets covered with a waterproof material and strapped with steel tapes for transportation safety. The gross weight of pallets with finished products varies from 500 to 2,000kg.
