COATING
Polymer powder is applied using modern equipment in fully automatic mode, which ensures the high quality of coatings. The high-efficiency pre-treatment of products allows having a coat with a minimum amount of foreign inclusions.
Powder coating is a 3-stage process:
- Surface preparation.
- Applying a powder coat.
- Polimerization.
Products can be coated in any color as per the RAL, RAL E2 Effect scales.
ANODIZING
Anodizing is a process that is used to promote the formation of an oxide layer on aluminium surfaces. Anodized coating is distinguished into protective and decorative. We offer a layer thickness of 5-25µm, in various color shades. To obtain the maximum quality of products, profiles are pre-treated.
The anodizing process consists of several stages:
- Degreasing.
- Etching.
- Anodizing.
If so requested by the customer, contact spots are removed, the profile is beveled, a protective film is applied or additional machining is performed after anodizing.
